New for 2018, I am delighted to announce that I will be offering copywriting training as a key service for clients of agoodwriteup.
Why? Because ALL of your employees, volunteers and partners are copywriters for your business or organisation.
Every time a representative of your venture sends an email to a client, presents a concept to your stakeholders, or shares social media content to potential new customers, they are producing copy… but is it any good?
Sure, your people have the passion, the knowledge and the understanding, but is their copy credible? Is their prose professional? Does their writing need righting?
I love writing, as you’d expect, but my background and formal qualifications lie in Education. I’ve taught professionally since gaining my PGCE in 2005, and have held senior leadership roles in a variety of educational establishments. In 2017, this leadership experience saw me gain chartered recognition as a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). Both aspects combine well to enable me to deliver the best possible training to staff and volunteers across a variety of organisations in order to support them with their copywriting ventures ‘in-house’.
Rather than offering my services to clients purely as their copywriter, I wanted to give them the option to book me in to work directly with their workforce to upskill them in the art and science of copywriting in their own roles. Seeing teams and individiuals develop their confidence, skill and application within their writing gives me a remarkable sense of achievement, and leaves the organisation in question in receipt of several benefits:
